Specify origin of UCS [] <World>:	Enter the coordinates for the UCS origin or specify its position on the screen.
Specify point on X axis or <Accept>:	Set the rotation angle on the screen by specifying a point, the positive direction of X axis will pass through, or enter its value in the command line. For example, as follows: 100<30.
