Editing Block Definition

After inserting into a drawing, a block is treated as a single object.

To ensure the possibility to work with individual objects that make up a block, you can split it upon insertion by checking the Explode box in the Insert Block dialog box, or after insertion by using the Explode command from the Modify menu.

To edit text objects within a block without exploding it, use the Edit MText command.
