Save View of Point Cloud/Section

    Ribbon: Point Clouds – Clip and Section >  Saving the View of the Point Cloud/Section

    Menu: Point Clouds >  Saving the View of the Point Cloud/Section

    Toolbar: Clip and Section 3DScan >  Saving the View of the Point Cloud/Section

 Command line: PC_NAMEDVIEWSEX_SAVE

The command works like Save option of VIEW command. At that, it saves extended named view, which may contain point cloud section (if clip or section commands have been applied to the cloud).

To save extended named view:

1.    Start the Save View command;

2.    Command line displays the prompt:

Enter view name to save:

3.    The view will be saved with the specified name.
