Classify Using Brush

The Classify using brush command changes Class attribute for all points inside round or square area. Move cursor on the drawing. Press and hold left mouse button to start classification. Press right mouse button to complete classification.

 

Options:

Source classes

The existing classes that will be involved in the ground classification. Points of other classes are not subject to reclassification. The list opened by the CAD software Classify Using Brush 7 button displays all classes of the current point cloud.

Destination class

Destination class to be assigned to recognized points. The CAD drawing Classify Using Brush 8 button allows you to select class from the LAS classification list.

Shape of the brush

Circle or square brush will be selected for classification. Circle shape is set by default.

 

Command prompt:

Apply changes? <Yes> or [Yes/No/Save/saveDefault] <Yes>:

Yes – the command will be performed taking into account changes in the settings made by the user in the current session of the command work.

No – the command will be performed with the settings displayed immediately after running the command.

Save – saving settings to a document.

saveDefault – saving settings to the registry.

Enter the brush size:

Set the center and radius for circle brush, center and half of length for square brush. You can also set the brush size in the command line (in drawing units).
