Classify by Height

CAD drafting Classify by 6 Command line: PC_CLS_ELEV

Command changes the Class attribute for all points from the range of specified elevation. Specify top and bottom boundaries.

The command options are set in the Properties bar.

Options:

Source classes

The existing classes that will be involved in the ground classification. Points of other classes are not subject to reclassification. The list opened by the CAD software Classify by 7 button displays all classes of the current point cloud.

Destination class

Destination class to be assigned to recognized points. The CAD drawing Classify by 8 button allows you to select class from the LAS classification list.

Up to elevation

Set elevation of the bottom boundary (Z-coordinate). Brackets display max and min Z-coordinates of point clouds.

Under elevation

Set elevation of the top boundary (z-coordinate). Brackets display max and min Z-coordinates of point clouds.

Command prompts:

Apply changes? <Yes> or [Yes/No/Save/saveDefault] <Yes>:

Yes – the command will be performed taking into account changes in the settings made by the user in the current session of the command work.

No – the command will be performed with the settings displayed immediately after running the command.

Save – saving settings to a document.

saveDefault – saving settings to the registry.
